This position is responsible for advancing the Fresh Thyme brand by producing groundbreaking creative across customer touch points, in-store, online and offline
The Designer I is primarily accountable for development of creative execution of the print and digital weekly ads
In addition, they utilize a style guide to produce original ideas and art to capture customer attention through a variety of media, including but not limited to in-store signage, print, outdoor and digital
The role is expected to be versed in relevant graphic design and web software packages
Position follows hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote
Successfully integrates original creative ideas design concepts across different types of media to build cohesive campaigns
Conceptualizes customer communication ideas and brings them to life by partnering with Designer III, Designer II, Photography and Copywriting/Proofreading
Performs well under pressure, managing multiple projects of varying complexity against daily deadlines
Ability to negotiate change requests with Marketing and Merchandising teams that need modifying to overall design, while ensuring design remains to be customer friendly and within Fresh Thyme brand standards
Effectively presents creative concepts to large audiences, listening and adapting concepts to audience feedback
Activates Fresh Thyme brand purpose and applies Fresh Thyme brand standards to all assignments

$46,750.00 - $75,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Specific pay rates will be within this range and based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team of this role.

Compensation for this position also includes incentive bonus opportunities that may vary based on individual and company performance. Specific details will be discussed during the hiring process.
