Job description
• Experience in Selling (Data Centre, Network and Security, Messaging and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management, IT Service Management)Candidate will be responsible to develop and implement sales strategies in local region to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Capability to translate the customer business issues in to solution requirements.
• Shall be able to closely work with large OEM.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Drive deals from Opportunity, Identification, Validation, Qualification to Closing the Deal.
• Working Together with solution engineering team, interface and negotiate with the customer (finance and technical staff eg. CIO, CFO)
• High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must.
