Job Description Role: – Responsible for primarily eastern region Sales in Industrial segment reporting to Head -Sales. – Responsible for non-foundry sectors like-Steel metallurgy, Refractory, Ceramics etc. – Should have good understanding of production processes in the above industry segments – Building maintaining relations with clients, generating business from the existing accounts, adding new customers, achieving sales target, profitability and growth. – Strategizing the long-term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives – Providing pre-sales support to partners for customer visits and presentations. – Generate new business by exploring various opportunities / applications for different products with existing as well as new customers – Coordinate with various departments for smooth execution of orders. – Business Strategy Planning and execution for India in-line with local and global Policies. – Plan and execute marketing programs like presentations, trade shows etc in India – Develops rapport, builds trust, and creates value in relationships with customers. Identifies decision makers and those influential in the decision process and effectively communicates with them. Requirements: – Qualification: B.E/B.Tech. MBA / PGDBA in Marketing may be preferred – Years of Experience in relevant industry: +-12 yrs in Sales in Industrial segment, especially to non-foundry sectors like-Steel metallurgy, Refractory, Ceramics etc. – Sales Training: Having gone through training on Professional Selling Skills will be highly desirable – Candidates who have lived and worked outside of Eastern region at some point of time will be preferred Location: Kolkatta Company: This position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Leading MNC Manufacturing Company
