This highly visible role will be responsible for developing and scaling analytical capabilities to support HR’s mission-critical priorities and ambitious growth objectives
Director, People Analytics, this role will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leadership, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver insights and solutions that drive meaningful change
Strategic Analytics Leadership:
Build influential relationships across the organization and partner with HR leadership to solve complex problems, provide analytical support, and impact change
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR leadership and represent HR Analytics in cross-functional business partnerships
Technology and Reporting: Develop and implement innovative and scalable analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights
Identify both current and future state needs to align analytics with HR priorities
Collaboration and Culture: Collaborate with key partners across the HR Strategy and Operations team to deliver on HR objectives
Foster a customer-centric, no-limits culture in all analytics support provided
Problem-Solving and Prioritization: Proactively identify and prioritize analytical support based on business strategy

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., math, science, engineering, economics). Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 6–8+ years of progressive business experience, with prior analytics experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing senior executives and developing solutions for critical business initiatives.
• Skills:
• Expertise in storytelling with data to influence senior-level clients and drive change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools such as Power Query.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with a proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change.
• Other: Ability to own, manage, and complete projects with high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
