Shift Engineer

Maintain and repair all hotel equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all hotel facilities to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Respond promptly and efficiently to all guest requests and concerns related to the hotel's facilities and equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with equipment or facilities, taking immediate action to minimize any impact on guest experience.

Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to guests.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.

Identify and report any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents or equipment failures.

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service by promptly addressing any concerns or issues related to hotel facilities and equipment.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

Uphold the hotel's standards for cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the management to support the overall success of the hotel.
