We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demi Chef/CDP to join our team at the Toorak Hotel. This full-time position involves working 38-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a reputable establishment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Requirements

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards
- Order food supplies and manage inventory effectively
- Monitor food quality and presentation throughout preparation and serving
- Collaborate with managers and front-of-house staff to discuss food preparation issues and improve overall service
- Enforce hygiene regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
