About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing daily HR operational tasks, ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance, and providing support for employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll processing and benefits management.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
Support policy implementation and communication across the company.
Manage HRMS/HR software operations and documentation processes.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR Operations processes and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel.
Good interpersonal and employee relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations
