Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an HR-Accountant at OwlMinds. The HR-Accountant will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and financial transactions. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the HR team with recruitment and employee relations. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless financial and HR operations.

Qualifications
• Experience in Payroll Management and Benefits Administration
• Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Budget Management, and Tax Compliance
• Excellent skills in Employee Records Management and Recruitment
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Communication
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
