Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management: In-depth understanding of employee benefits and personnel management best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, handling sensitive information with discretion.
