Job Title: Tuition Teacher – Science Stream (Class 9th to 12th)
Location: R.G. Academy, C-1, Kalkaji ,Near Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019
Salary: Based on student strength (Revenue-sharing model explained below)

About Us:

R.G. Academy is a dedicated educational center focused on providing quality academic support to students. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Science Teacher to teach students from classes 9th to 12th (CBSE/State Board).

Subjects Required:

Physics
Chemistry
Biology
(Mathematics – Optional, include only if applicable)
Key Responsibilities:

Teach assigned science subjects to students in a clear and engaging manner
Plan lessons according to the curriculum and student needs
Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback
Offer personalized support and doubt-clearing sessions
Track student progress and share updates when required
Maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed. preferred)
Previous teaching or tutoring experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Familiarity with CBSE/State Board curriculum and exam patterns
Ability to handle a group of students effectively

Salary Structure:

The salary will be based on the number of enrolled students and will follow a revenue-sharing model:

For up to 10 students, the teacher will receive 60% of the total fee collected, and 40% will go to the Academy.
For more than 10 students, the collected fee will be divided equally (50-50) between the teacher and the Academy.
