Vision Flying Training Institute is looking for a qualified and dedicated English Instructor to join our academic faculty. The candidate should possess a strong academic background in English and have a passion for teaching, especially in a professional and aviation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students
Develop lesson plans aligned with course objectives and aviation communication standards
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and presentations
Guide students in improving their spoken and written English for professional settings
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-centred classroom environment
Keep records of student performance and provide regular feedback
Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and curriculum development
Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in English (MA English)
Bachelor’s Degree in English (BA English)
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong classroom management and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in teaching English for aviation or technical fields (desirable)
Familiarity with aviation vocabulary and communication standards (optional)
Comfortable using digital tools and modern teaching techniques
