What will you be doing?
As a Training Specialist your responsibilities include:
Use LD strategy to design, develop, review and update eLearning modules, micro-learning, videos, courses, webinars through virtual and in-person delivery
Overseeing training completion and reporting on LMS
Facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, utilizing various instructional strategies.
Facilitate weekly employee orientation
Identify and assess training needs within the organization
Assisting with the development of training programs and initiatives
Assisting new developments with onboarding
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s degree in related field
3+ years demonstrated experience in Training and Development, Coaching and Mentoring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred in Adobe, Articulate, Canva
Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
Valid passport with ability to travel within Canada and USA
