Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Location: Greater Noida

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1-2 years in Counselling or Tele Sales

Qualification: Any Graduate

Gender: Male and Female both can apply

Fluency in English and Kannada is a must

Key Responsibilities:

1.Obtain leads from the Inside sales team and generate sales leads.

2.Conducted counseling with students or parents, providing information on features, benefits, and pricing.

3.Understand customer needs and engage in sales or appointment scheduling.

4.Record customer data in CRM and follow the sales process.

5.Handle objections and meet performance targets (call volume, conversion rates, sales).

6.Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance.

7.Maintain professionalism and adhere to company polices.

8.Take responsibility for the admission of each and every candidate in the center.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Academic Counselling or Tele Counsellor.

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Strong communication and persuasive skills.
