B2B Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Marketing Manager with a strong background in the tech industry to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving and executing high-impact marketing strategies that fuel client growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy Execution – Design and run integrated marketing campaigns that move the needle for B2B tech clients.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning – Craft GTM strategies that align messaging, positioning, and timing across the funnel.
• Content Storytelling – Develop compelling content that simplifies complex tech stories and drives engagement.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Plan and execute personalized, targeted campaigns for high-value accounts.
• Partner Marketing – Work closely with partner teams to ensure smooth execution of partner programs, optimizing each touchpoint to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
• Campaign Analytics Optimization – Monitor performance, derive insights, and continuously improve based on data.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in GTM, growth marketing or digital marketing within the B2B Tech or SaaS industries.
• Skills: Content Creation Storytelling, GTM Campaign Management, ABM, Partner Marketing, and Digital Marketing
• Educational qualifications: B. Tech from Tier 1 engineering college OR MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 B-School
• Growth Go-Getter Mindset: You are hungry to learn and grow. You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership, experiment with new tactics, and constantly push the envelope to drive results.
