About the Role

We are looking for a talented Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition efforts for positions across multiple complex business units, fast growing teams and products.

What You Will Do

• Oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and partner with our external partners or RPO team

• Function as a Player/Coach through recruiting and mentoring and elevating the recruiting team in Bangalore

• You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process to ensure qualified candidates are selected to fill internal vacancies

• Having the ability to develop strong effective relationships with internal customers and external contacts is crucial. Provide “World Class Service” to internal stakeholders through effective recruitment tools to satisfy open position requirements as well as creating a candidate pipeline for future openings

• Provide weekly status reports to Sr. Manager, TA and to business leaders

• Strategically build and maintain a network of passive potential future candidates

• Develop and deliver qualified diverse pipelines of active and passive top talent for future and active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations

• Analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting via market trends/feedback reports for presentation

• Actively lead and participate in providing feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting and sourcing operations

• Proven expertise with relevant tools and programs (e.g., CRMs, labor market data, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards) and utilize various online and social media resources to build talent pipelines.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry/experience can substitute for formal education

• 5-8 years recruiting experience required with majority spent within in-house recruiting team

• 2-3 years leadership experience

• Experience with high-volume recruiting

• Have the experience to qualify candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring manager

• Enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive and out-going personality

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent relationship building skills

• Continuous improvement mindset, looking to elevate our processes

• Highly proficient computer skills to include, Internet, MS Office Suite, e-mail functions and working knowledge of web-based job boards

• Be available to work before/after typical office hours as deemed necessary to support both our Domestic and International internal customers

• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
