About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and child-friendly educators who can build a strong academic foundation for students from Classes 1 to 5 in reputable CBSE/ICSE/State Board-affiliated schools across India.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach subjects such as English, Math, EVS, and Hindi to primary grade students.
• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners.
• Use creative teaching methods and educational aids to enhance classroom learning.
• Conduct assessments and track student performance regularly.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and an inclusive learning environment.
• Coordinate with co-teachers and school staff for academic activities.
• Communicate with parents for student progress and feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: D.Ed / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred) with a Graduation (in any stream).
• Experience: 1–5 years preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of English and local language.
• Location: Open to relocation or willing to work in a local city school.

Key Skills Required:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a child-centred approach.
• Basic computer literacy and use of digital tools.
• Classroom management and activity-based teaching.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines is a plus.
