Join our Hiring team as a Teacher Acquisition Intern/Executive to help source,engage, and onboard qualified teachers. You'll support the recruitment process,maintain data for new hires, and contribute to building a strong educatornetwork.

Requirements:
Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program
Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
Teacher Recruitment:
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential teachers through job portals, educational networks, social media, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and requirements.
Coordinate with educational institutions, universities, and teaching associations to attract candidates.
Manage and update job postings on relevant platforms and websites.
Candidate Interviews Assessments:
Conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and teaching experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in evaluating candidate skills through assessments or sample lessons.
Ensure that the candidates meet the organization's educational and behavioral standards.
Onboarding Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other documentation.
Support the onboarding process for new teachers, ensuring they receive necessary training and orientation.
Maintain records of recruitment activities, candidate evaluations, and progress.
Building Relationships with Educational Institutions:
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to create a network of potential candidates.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events to meet prospective teachers.
Build and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Data Management and Reporting:
Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
Prepare reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline for the management team.
Assist in analyzing trends and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends in the education sector and the job market to identify potential recruitment strategies.
Gather and analyze feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment process.
Support to Hiring Managers:
Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Help refine job descriptions and specifications to attract suitable candidates.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
