Job Responsibilities
As our Assistant Manager Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support, including:

Recruitment and selection
Learning and development
Establishment, induction, pay and leave management
You will also assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, undertaking projects and/or research and preparing a range of correspondence, submissions, briefings and reports in a timely manner.

Key Requirements
Strong understanding of the Tasmanian State Service
Recent experience in human resources, preferably in a recruitment or learning and development role
Relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree or diploma
Valid driver's licence
