Job Description:
• Should be open to learn WHO hiring process
• To hire 25+ operators/tele sales/fleet executives per month
• To maintain HR database (for HRMS ) trackers
• To maintain employee documentation during the joining process (eg- offer letters, appointment letters personal identification documents of the employees)
• To have a strong coordination follow ups on the interview process
• Vacancy selling techniques
• Should be Flexible in terms of timing for coordinating interviews according to different timing (Occasionally, should be ready to work outside working hours)
• Understanding company HR doc flow (Offer, Appointment, Onboarding, HR Tracker etc.)
• Should have good understanding of salaries in market negotiations

Job Requirements:
• Multitasking, hardworking, Calm under pressure (to handle multiple positions meeting deadlines, Targets)
• HR experience- 5+ years overall 1 year into mass hiring
• Familiarity with Job portals ( Social Media)
• Experience with sourcing techniques (Mapping, Poaching, Headhunting)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in Excel Word
• Ownership of the process
• Pleasant good nature (important for HR)
