Talent Acquisition and HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• BUILD relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions to access a wider pool of talent.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
• Human Resources:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, handle concerns and conflicts, and oversee performance management processes to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct new employee orientations and training, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR practices, including best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with employees and partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, high level of discretion and confidentiality.
