Store Manager Events Planner

As a dynamic and organized individual looking to make a difference in the creative studio space, you will be joining Good Move Studios. Good Move Studios is an expanding creative studio that hosts a range of events and live experiences, with a strong foundation in dance classes and workshops. In this role, you will oversee venue operations, manage customer interactions, and lead event planning and execution to cater to a diverse audience. Your passion for creating memorable experiences and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment will be key to your success.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the studio is well-maintained and operational at all times, coordinating with clients and internal teams for smooth space rentals, and responding to inquiries across phone, email, and Instagram with professionalism. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and participants, conceptualizing, scheduling, and organizing events across various categories, and developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events and workshops.

During events, you will manage on-site operations to ensure a seamless experience for participants, vendors, and staff. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for participants, vendors, and staff, distributing event photos and videos, handling event accounting, participant feedback, and final settlements, and maintaining accurate records of participant subscriptions and attendance. Addressing membership-related queries and ensuring a smooth process for renewals will also be part of your role.

To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in event planning, venue management, or customer service, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in social media management and event promotion. Your availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, will be crucial.
