Job Overview:

We are looking for a French Language Expert (B1 Level) with excellent communication skills in both French and English to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting students applying for internships in France, coordinating with partner hotels, and managing documentation and communication in French.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate internship processes for hotel management students traveling to France
• Coordinate and prepare students for interviews with French hotels
• Assist in the preparation of visa documents, cover letters, and internship-related paperwork in French
• Communicate with existing hotel partners and initiate new partnerships with hotels in France
• Draft and respond to emails in French and English
• Maintain records of students, partner hotels, and applications using MS Excel and Word
• Provide ongoing support to students during the application process
• Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups with stakeholders
Required Skills Qualifications:
• Minimum B1 level proficiency in French (DELF/DALF certification preferred)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email tools
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional attitude and a passion for international education and hospitality
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
