About Us

We are seeking a highly experienced Figma UI UX Designer to bring expertise, innovation, and leadership to our design process.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring user-centric solutions for complex projects.
• Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs exclusively using Figma.
• Define and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on design goals and objectives.
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of design excellence.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices, introducing new techniques and ideas to elevate the team.
Required Qualifications
• 3 years of professional experience as a UI UX Designer with advanced proficiency in Figma.
• A stellar portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, complex workflows, and scalable design systems.
• Expertise in interaction design, responsive web design, and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong background in user research, usability testing, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, to collaborate seamlessly with developers.
• Experience in motion design and micro-interactions using Figma or other tools.
• Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven track record of designing for SaaS, enterprise platforms, or e-commerce systems.
