Role Summary:

Job title: Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter - Non IT (Industrial sector - Sanitaryware, water fixtures, Building housing products and materials)

Service Line Business: RPO

Experience: 5+ yrs of relevant full-time recruitment experience into hiring for Non-IT (SALES) roles into the manufacturing industry at PAN India level.

Location: Gurgaon (Client site - corporate office) Manesar (plant site)

Work modality: Hybrid (5 day work week - 3 days WFO, 2 day WFH)

In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire an exceptional experienced 'Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter' with a strong foot holding into majorly hiring for completely Non-IT commercial roles majorly SALES), to support deliver our client's talent needs. The Team Leader is responsible for both leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, whilst driving overall performance to agreed KPI’s SLA’s. This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to drive your teams to deliver great results for the client right at the start of a new solution.

Note: This is a client facing role and the candidate will be operating out of the client office.

Roles Responsibilities -

Note: This role will be reporting directly to the Project manager - India.
• Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (only Non-IT, majorly into - Sales, along with other roles like , Finance, HR, Corporate functions, manufacturing (accountants, plant heads), Legal Compliance, regulatory affairs, etc.).
• Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry vales and standards at all times.
• Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers (corporate office + plant site), ensuring exceptional stakeholder management (internal external).
• Strategizing recruitment hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers, thereby acting as the first POC for all hiring requirements.
• Is able to handle sourcing activities at an individual level to cater to multiple openings using various sourcing channels and job boards.
• Able to manage on-site teams of recruiters in India, if required.
• Defining and communicating individual and team metrics.
• Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles.
• Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client.
• Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.
• Provide market insights to hiring managers on the client's side wrt factors like - geographic conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks, etc. thereby acting as a talent consultant/partner.
• Maintain highest data integrity within reporting over critical metrics and maintaining process excellence.

Qualifications Requirements -
• Atleast 5+ years of Recruitment experience supporting Manufacturing clients (sanitaryware would be a plus).
• Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles like - majorly Sales roles (75%) along with other commercial as well as Corporate functions roles , HR, finance, regulatory affairs, Marketing, Legal compliance, supply chain, plant heads, Logistics, RD, etc.
• Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team management experience within the in-house Recruitment / RPO / Agency would be preferred.
• Experience in team management guiding/mentoring/leading at least a 3-5 member team.
• A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• An ideal candidate must be able to handle a high volume hiring demands of at least 100-120 open requisitions/roles annually along with his team (predominantly Sales roles hiring).
• Should be comfortable travelling to the plant site (twice a month) for catering and managing plant based hiring needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills, someone street smart to handle plant managers too.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a logical approach interpreting the numbers and an impeccable business judgement
• Strong with interpreting data reporting various metrics
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent networking skills
