About the Position
The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function at Pepper Content. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Main Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
• Maintaining a positive work environment by fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations by developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent degree from a reputed university/college
- 10+ years of experience in HRBP role
- Experience in Startup and being a part of a scale-up journey
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
