Responsibility
• To help HR Head to streamline HR administration with HR intern
• To Support and guide HR intern for HR activities such as
• Employee engagement
• HR recruitment
• HR Admin
• Will be Meeting interns and employees on 1 on 1 basis
• Making sure all trackers are uptodate
• Needs to be involved as well as Leading Interns
• Motivator
• Take HR round Interview
• Initiate Appraisals
• Letter of Engagement/Offer Letters
• Policies
Qualifications and Skill requirement :
• 2-3 years experience NGO sector preferably
• Very good Microsoft Excel and Word
• Should be good at writing reports and proposals
• Very good in spoken and written English
• Must have good time management
• Good team player and lead
• People person
• Employee engagement

• The person needs to be available from 10 am to 6 pm
• The person should be energetic and self-motivated to make a difference.
