Job Purpose
We are looking to hire a strong leader in the Digital Acquisition squads of the bank who would be a key enabler in leading the growth of bank’s digital businesses. This role falls under the digital acquisition analytics team and focuses on building the market intelligence practice to inform digital acquisition strategies.
Roles Responsibilities
• Social Listening: use Konnect Insights platform to gather insights based on social media conversations. This includes understanding the consumer sentiment, competition benchmarking, campaign insights. Identify any specific trends at the category level.
• Traffic Analysis: use SimilarWeb to conduct regular traffic analysis and produce insights. This would include insights related to traffic driving strategies as deployed by competition.
• Funnel Analysis Journey Optimization: Utilize funnel-level data (from CleverTap, Adobe) to identify any gaps or trends and come up with journey optimization suggestions.
• Consumer Insights: use industry-best platforms e.g. GWI to understand consumer trends with respect to media consumption, buying behaviour and preferences.
• Trend Analysis: utilize data from the subscribed platforms (Konnect Insights, SimilarWeb and GWI) and other free sources like Google Trends to analyse the latest digital and social media trends especially related to content.
• Content Analysis: content benchmarking against the competition and make relevant suggestions from product positioning and communication perspective.
• Stakeholder Management: utilize the data to build relevant stories. Manage stakeholders and influence strategy/decision making.
Work Experience
Education Qualification: Master’s degree in marketing, management
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills
• Background in consumer insights and social listening.
• Strong business understanding and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and media landscape.
• Ability to build narratives based on data. Ability to communicate and present to senior management.
• Exposure to SQL/Python is an added advantage.
