Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintaining customer relationships and understanding their working capital needs.
• Sourcing working capital, LCBD, bank guarantees, letters of credit, cash credits/overdrafts, payment and cash management services, etc.
• MAPPING NEW DSAs AND CAs, generating codes for their companies and collecting business from them by providing payouts according to the bank's policies.
• Coordinating with operations teams to resolve working capital clients' queries.
• Maintaining end-to-end relationships with clients, from sourcing to disbursement, servicing, renewal, and enhancement while ensuring proper compliance.
• Supporting and implementing marketing initiatives and lead generation channels.
• Sourcing business for credit proposals from corporate and DSA channels.
• Handling working capital clients' fund-based and non-fund-based facilities requirements by providing solutions and generating new business from them.
• Acquiring new clients from probe data and conducting market activities in industrial areas to obtain referrals from branch walk-in customers for credit facility requirements.
• Providing solutions to business customers and generating new working capital business from them.
• Sourcing new overdrafts, cash credits, bank guarantees, letters of credit, LCBD, term loans, etc.
• Generating asset business through branch staff and assisting them in liabilities products.
• Archiving our asset targets.
• Offering available financial products based on the clients' needs.
