Full Job Description -

Sales Executive - (USA - All state )

Experience required: 1 year – 5 years, with good English communication

Qualification required: Any Graduate

Job Location: Pune

Shift time - 8.00 pm to 3 Am (USA Shift )

Functional Area / Must have skills: Lead Generation / Sales Intelligence / USA Calling/product sales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 Per month + incentive (30,000 to 60,000)

Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospects interested in learning more about the organization.

2. Make cold outbound calls to target accounts.

3. Call and qualify sales leads, understand market needs, and identify sales opportunities.

4. Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from various lead sources, including, but not limited to, Websites, Online events, Tradeshows, third-party Vendors, and social media.

5. Answer inbound calls and emails.

6. Manage a pipeline of leads, while meeting/exceeding Inbound Sales Service Level Agreements.

7. Record prospect information in the CRM database.

8. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

+. Interface frequently with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Executive Leadership Teams.

11. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services and staying informed about competing products and services.

12. Help in closing sales and achieving regional/assigned sales targets.

13. Working Geography – USA.

Desired Skill Set:

1. Fluent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.

2. Proven track record in Cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting will be an added advantage.33

3. 1+ year lead research sales and services experience or solutions sales.

4. Should have strong sales intelligence, Multi-tasking skills, Negotiation, Analytical skills, and presentation skills.

5. Should possess Sales aptitude, spontaneous thought process, and go-getter attitude.

6. Proven success in accessing new clients and new markets

7. Should have good exposure to calling into the markets for Pre Sales / Inside Sales preferably the USA market.

8. Ability to work independently with a team peers and partners.

+. The incumbent should be able to work according to USA region timings.
