Position Summary:
Pivotree’s HR Operations team is searching for a dynamic Senior HR Executive (Operations) who is highly motivated, self-driven, collaborative and passionate about Human Resources.
You will be a key member of our Global HR operations team. The team is focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness within HR, a very important task indeed! You will support with maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and transactions in our HRIS, handling HR-related queries, ensuring new hire successful onboarding and a variety of other HR related projects. This is an exciting position for an individual looking to expand their HR knowledge and be part of building and supporting a global HR Operational strategy.
Roles Responsibilities:
Support with conducting employee backchecks, onboarding, orientation and management of new hire training, documents and forms
Provide support to ‘Pivoters’ in various HR-related topics such as policies, benefits, employment verifications and help resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and processes as needed
Organize and maintain employee records
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Support global mobility and immigration
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Participate in HR Operations projects
