We're expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive and Sales Manager to lead our distribution and modern trade expansion across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a strong distributor network for home and lifestyle product lines.
• Manage and grow sales through Large Format Stores (LFS) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) placements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly primary secondary sales targets.
• Execute visual merchandising and in-store branding activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts and distributors.
• Identify new growth opportunities in retail and regional distribution.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve market reach.
Qualifications Skills
• 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in home furnishing, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
• Proven experience in managing distribution networks and large format retail outlets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel and manage on-ground execution across multiple cities if needed.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and aligned with sustainable product values.
