Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented E-Commerce and Sales Executive to manage online marketplace operations, drive product visibility, optimize listings, and push revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopsy, and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings, pricing, keywords, and A+ content across major e-commerce portals
• Coordinate promotions, discounts, deals, and ad campaigns to maximize conversions
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and platform metrics to improve performance and ROI
• Oversee order management, inventory sync, and ensure timely dispatch with logistics team
• Monitor and resolve customer queries, return issues, and seller support tickets
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track sales performance
• Support B2B inquiries and identify bulk sales opportunities
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG or D2C sector
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplaces
• Knowledge of advertising dashboards and SEO for product listings
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, analytics, and e-commerce reporting
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
