Sales Events Consultant – Wedding Reception Venue
Are you passionate about weddings and events? Do you enjoy meeting new people and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Events Consultant to join our team at The Clairemont, a high-end wedding reception venue.
About the Role:
This is a client-facing position where you’ll be responsible for managing new enquiries, hosting venue tours, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. You’ll also assist in event coordination and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to the big day.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct venue tours and build strong relationships with potential clients
Handle sales enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Liaise with clients leading up to their event
Work alongside our coordination team to ensure smooth execution of weddings and functions
Maintain CRM records and follow-up systems
About You:
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous experience in event sales or coordination is highly desirable
Ability to work weekends and evenings as required (especially during peak wedding season)
A passion for weddings and delivering exceptional service
