Job Summary:
Responsible for clinical support to the Guest and Patient Services (GPS) Program. GPS is a program designed to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to Froedtert MCW customers, with a specific emphasis on high-profile guests.
Other information:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4+ years with experience in clinical setting in acute or ambulatory setting, with a strong focus on customer relations. Experience in customer-facing role, internal or external is required. EDUCATION REQUIRED: RN degree is minimum requirement. EDUCATION PREFERRED: Bachelors in Nursing is preferred. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, either an additional 3 years of experience or active enrollment in a Bachelor’s Program with a defined end date is required. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Proficiency in MS-Office applications. Excellent communication skills; must interact well with internal and external customers both in-person and on the phone. Ability to facilitate complex processes and interact with multiple players from physicians and service line leaders to executives, board members and donors. Strong data entry, organizational and multi-tasking skills required. Works well in team environment. SPECIAL SKILLS PREFERRED: Familiarity with Epic is preferred. LICENSURE REQUIRED: Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nursing Licensure Compact).
