Job Description:

Integrated Vision Solutions (IVS) is looking for a highly motivated accounting professional with strong business acumen to join our team as an Accounting Senior Associate. This self-starter will be responsible for critical tasks such as performing and reviewing journal entries, GL account analysis and reconciliations. A detail-oriented team player, this role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and working cross-functionally with program finance and operations. This role will be onsite, based in Londonderry, NH.
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform and review journal entries, general ledger account analysis and reconciliations
Ability to analyize financial data and trends
Ability to update control documentation and supporting internal and external audits.
Support any Accounting deliverables which includes but not limited to: Month End, Quarter End and Year End close processes, User Access Reviews, Tax Packages, and Costpoint System maintenance/setup
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
Actively seek opportunities to streamline assigned processes
Time management skills with a focus to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to communicate and work as a team player
Ability to adapt to updated priorities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with customer/management reporting
Proactive, creative, and analytical skills including problem identification, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated strengths will include a highly collaborative work style, the ability to anticipate problems, and effective communication tactics
