Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and independent Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established primary care clinic in Montrose on a part-time basis. Our patient population is adults 17 and older, with a particular emphasis on geriatric care and chronic disease management.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Manage both acute and chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care and long-term health
Work independently while collaborating with physicians and support staff as needed
Perform physical exams, order and interpret labs/imaging, and develop care plans
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation using our EMR system
See an average of 15–20 patients per day during scheduled clinic hours
Qualifications

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Current DEA license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 3 years of primary care experience (Required)
Confident working independently and managing a diverse adult patient panel
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
