Full job description
1. Administrative Support:

Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Draft and prepare documents, presentations, and reports.

Calendar Management:

Maintain and update the executive's calendar to ensure effective time management.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
3.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other communications.
4. Information Management:

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
5. Travel Arrangements:

Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
6. Expense Management:

Track and manage the executive's expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
7. Meeting Support:

Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
Coordinate and distribute relevant materials for meetings.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.
Collaborate with other team members to support overall organizational goals.
Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
10. Problem Solving:

Anticipate potential issues and proactively address challenges.
Provide solutions to problems and make decisions on behalf of the executive when necessary.
11. Technology Proficiency:

Be proficient in relevant office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, calendar applications, and communication platforms.
12. Adaptability:

Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
