We're seeking someone who is a GUN with social media content creation and engagement strategy to join our work family!
This role is primarily focused on capturing and creating engaging social media content in short form.

Your core responsibilities:
Collaborating and working with your team and also with the paid ads department to manage and grow our clients social presence.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring organic (and some paid) social media posts for a portfolio of clients throughout their service lifecycle.
Solution based thinking using strategic creative skills to create content that speaks to the public
Produce original and ongoing social media content for our clients – photo, video, copy, some blogs, graphics relevant to social media platforms: Meta (Facebook), Instagram etc.
Video editing and creation of visual content/reels relevant to the advertising campaigns run through the ads department
Schedule social media posts through third-party scheduling software
Compile valuable, data-driven reporting with analytical insights and recommendations on a weekly/monthly basis
Community management (increase engagement, growth, create connections with fans and followers, respond to messages)
Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively
Understanding adapting to the ever-changing algorithm on social platforms
Communicating with clients
Need to have:
Minimum of one year of experience in content creation for social media, content planning and analysis on behalf of clients
A sound understanding of digital content creation for the people to encourage engagement and growth
Proficient using Canva, CapCut, Gain and design programs
Excellent writing and language skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with deadlines
Solution based planning and thinking
Project management skills and ability to prioritise and make progress on multiple concurrent projects as well as share progress with your team
The ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions and optimise the plan for social growth and engagement
Proven track record of delivering high engaging content, reels, and social media strategies through organic engagement
Fluent English is essential
Living in Sydney, Australia and able to travel to our office (This is not a work from home role)
