Director Product

As the Director of Product at our leading Fintech Consumer Brand, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects ranging from Operations Management to Technical Management, Product Management, Sales, Business, General Management, and Strategy. With 10-15 years of experience, we expect you to hit the ground running and approach your role with a growth mindset.

Your key responsibilities will include communicating openly, making decisions by creating consensus, and fostering a collective obsession about your feature or product. It is crucial to bring a consumer-first mindset and work backwards by understanding consumer pain points and business imperatives to define the product roadmap and strategy, which may range from business-critical funnels to reducing customer support contacts.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as User Research, UX Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations will be essential to deliver high-impact products. Your expertise will be pivotal in Product Lifecycle Management, Product Management, Direct Sales, Product Marketing, and Process Improvement.

The ideal candidate should hold a B.E/B.Tech/MBA with over 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years in Product Management within the B2C Consumer Internet/Tech/e-Commerce space. You should be comfortable speaking to strangers and regulatory authorities, assertive through expertise, and have experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, Growth, and Design.

A solid understanding of Product Design, Metrics, Engineering, and Support is required, along with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve.
