Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms)
- Source Vendors and coordinate with them for various office supplies
- eg-stationary, pantry items, and refreshments for different occasions.
- Coordinate with the Service provider for arranging domestic staff for the office as and when needed
- Keeping attendance record for the Office Boy and other domestic help in office
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Assisting the HR Team in arranging and conducting various employee engagement activities in office
- Perform other clerical duties which might include work outside office premises.
• *Please Note : Only Females Required**
• *Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
