About the opportunity:
Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilizing a person-centered approach
Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
Recognised tertiary qualification and current Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care.
Valid Police check
