About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Avenue E-commerce Limited (DMart). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and coordinating resources to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Resource Requirement Planning: Identify and analyze regional resource needs, developing strategies to meet them.
• Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize diverse channels to source top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Daily Recruitment Tracker: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle salary negotiation, offer processing, and onboarding support for successful candidates.
• Support to HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as required.
• Candidate Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough pre-screening, skills assessment, and evaluation of potential candidates to ensure the best fit for our work environment.
Requirements:
• Education: Graduate with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and candidates.
• Corporate Experience: Preference given to candidates with corporate experience.
• Language Proficiency: Local language knowledge mandatory.
• New Network Building: Ability to initiate new contacts and build a strong professional network is a plus.
