Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Intern located in Chitradurga. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in daily HR functions, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The role also involves providing support in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and facilitating HR operations.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
