Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiting Supervisor to lead and oversee our recruiting team. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring the timely sourcing and hiring of qualified candidates, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. The Recruiting Supervisor will mentor recruiters, develop effective recruitment strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet the company’s talent needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and support the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and deadlines

· Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the traffic control and related industries

· Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes

· Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

· Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress toward hiring goals, and outcomes

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding

· Train and mentor recruiting staff, providing ongoing guidance on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and legal compliance

· Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal company policies related to recruitment and hiring practices

· Participate in or coordinate job fairs, career events, and networking activities to promote Right Traffic as an employer of choice, as needed

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles

· Implement and leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes

· Collaborate with marketing or communications teams to enhance employer branding and improve the company’s visibility in the talent market

· Conduct regular audits of the recruiting process to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and ensure policy adherence

· Manage relationships with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and job boards as necessary

· Stay current on industry trends, labor market developments, and competitive recruiting practices to inform strategy

Qualifications Experience

· 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role

· Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms

· Experience in the traffic control, construction, or transportation industries is a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
