Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates:
Assist in sourcing candidates for open job roles by utilizing various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
Post job advertisements and update job listings on recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes to shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
2. Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial phone screenings and pre-interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
Assist in preparing interview questions and conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
3. Client Coordination:
Support senior consultants in understanding clients' recruitment needs and assist in defining job specifications.
Update clients on the progress of the recruitment process and candidate availability.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients throughout the interview process.
4. Candidate Database Management:
Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
Help with tracking candidate progress and status throughout the hiring process.
Assist in maintaining records of interviews, feedback, and placement outcomes.
5. Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing job offers and other recruitment-related documentation.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires by assisting with paperwork, background checks, and setting up interviews.
Help with maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
6. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Research the job market to stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Support in analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
7. Learning and Development:
Participate in training sessions to develop skills related to recruitment, negotiation, and talent acquisition.
Gain exposure to recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices within the HR industry.
