Ensuring that adequate stocks/supplies are provided within the station to enable a smooth, prompt and professional service at all times. This includes maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking of essential items.

• Ensuring own section is ready for service on time, adhering to set schedules and deadlines.

• Providing personalized service always with a smile (remembers guests' names and preferences). Enhancing guest experience through attentive and courteous interactions.

• Answering the Room Service phone promptly and in accordance with company standards. Effectively handling incoming calls and providing clear information to guests.

• Accurately maintaining the Master Key Log every time when key is used, upholding the highest level of security and accountability within the organization. Read more
