About the Role
We are recruiting for a Quality Technician to join our Pre-Production team.
You will audit, develop, and improve pre-production quality processes and performance in line with business objectives.
Hours of work are Monday-Wednesday, 7am-6pm, and Thursday, 7am-5:30pm.
The salary is up to £32k per annum, depending on experience.

Main Duties
Audit and implement quality improvement plans
Develop and lead quality improvements across functions
Train and install quality methodology
Present to all levels of the organisation
Follow a defined process
Complete Company documentation
Collaborate with other staff to maintain a positive work environment
Follow Health and Safety requirements
Incoming goods inspection
First off inspection on new components and assemblies
Install and maintain audit programme
Requirements
Proven experience in quality within manufacturing
Quality knowledge aligned to key principles of prevention and root cause corrective action
Ability to understand technical drawings
Previous fabrication workshop experience is advantageous but not essential.
