We're Hiring: Social Media Manager / Sales Growth Team Member

We’re a local, family-run property maintenance business based in Brisbane, delivering lawn care, gardening, pressure cleaning, and general property services to homes, businesses, and body corporates across the southside and surrounding suburbs.
As we continue to expand, we’re on the lookout for a driven and versatile individual to help grow our brand, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with current ones.
Your Role Will Include:
Managing and growing our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Google
Creating engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, before/afters)
Handling basic graphic design, captions, and post scheduling
Responding to messages and enquiries in a timely, friendly manner
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts (including outreach follow-up)
Building relationships with real estate agents, strata, small businesses, etc.
Assisting with creative campaigns, local marketing ideas, and promotions
You’re a Good Fit If You:
Love working independently but also enjoy being part of a team
Have strong communication skills and a creative eye
Are confident on social media and know how to build engagement
Have some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus points if you’ve worked in a service-based business before!)
Are proactive, reliable, and results-focused
Live in or around the Brisbane southside
