Production Technician

Basic Function
• Be responsible for the operations of bulk loading lines.
• Be responsible for administration job of bulk weighing area, backup for production data statistics.
• Continuously improve performance on safety, quality and productivity

Roles Responsibilities
• Follow HSE regulation and rules in daily operation, achieve Goal Zero target.
• Manage the day-to-day bulk loading line operations as per the Process Order. Activities include receive RM from warehouse, line start up, loading RM to production lines, operating machine control panels.
• Be responsible for tracking internal operation training program and keeping record.
• Comply IATF standards requirements.
• ISO: +001: 2015, IATF 16+4+: 2016, EMS 14001: 2015 and MIS reporting (daily, weekly and monthly).

Min. Qualifications

Diploma / CIPET in (Polymer/Plastic)

Experience

The position requires minimum 1 year of experience in the plastics industry preferably in Compounding and Masterbatch manufacturing. Knowledge to Extruder operations and trouble shooting.

Basic level knowledge in below areas is preferable:

Control plan knowledge

VDA PFMEA knowledge

MS Office Knowledge (E-mails)

Communication Skill

Language (Tamil / English / Hindi)

EMS 14001:2015 awareness

IATF 16+4+:2016 awareness

ISO +001:2015 awareness
