• The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements."
• You will also be expected to manage a team of professionals and provide guidance on data entry procedures."

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client account opening documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements."
• Verify the accuracy of data entered into the Private Banking system and update information in Account Opening Documents as needed."
• Perform amendments in core banking systems, including simple and complex static changes."
• Authorize records in core banking systems for various changes, such as updates to signature, address, contact number, passport, and hold mail."
• Conduct due diligence searches on clients via external and internal internet searches."
• Perform signature verification and update client records in core banking systems."
• Liaise with the KYC/AML team for any queries related to CDD searches and due diligence."
• Manage data cleansing projects by reviewing client documents and data in core banking systems."
• Support project teams on data migration projects."
• Bring efficiency to existing processes and face off with stakeholders on process-related queries."

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• "
• German language proficiency (B1/B2 level) is required for this role."
• Strong communication and people management skills are essential."
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in client onboarding and data amendment in Private Banking, with at least 15 people managed."
• Hands-on experience in reviewing client onboarding documentation is necessary."
• Willingness to work in multiple or rotational shifts is a must."
